Part of the Selly Oak district
Billesley Ward is situated on the southern boundary of the city and includes the neighbourhoods of Billesley, Warstock, Yardley Wood, Maypole (part), Hollywood (part) and Swanshurst (part).
The Chinn Brook, River Cole and the Stratford upon Avon canal flow through the ward.

Composition
The ward contains a large number of green open spaces including Billesley Common, Holly Bank Spinney, Billesley Valley, Chinnbrook Recreation Ground, Trittiford Pool, Daisy Farm Recreation Ground, Yardley Wood Playing Fields and Cocks Moor Woods Leisure Centre. Cocks Moors Woods (ex BMX Track Area) has obtained SINC Status (Site of Importance for Nature Conservation) and Billesley Valley South has SLINC Status (Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation Status). The ward also includes a Sports Village based at Billesley Common which incorporates Billesley Indoor Tennis Centre, Moseley Rugby Football Club and a number of all weather pitches.
Other facilities within the ward include Nursery Schools, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Adult Education Centre, Yardley Wood Library, Billesley Play Centre, Community Centres, a number of small shopping areas, Allotment Sites, Play Areas etc.
