It’s been a wee while, but although activity on the website has been quiet, there has been lots of movement in terms of planning for a city-wide approach.
There are lots of obstacles, the next and final phase of for-Wards is such a beast and the timing in terms of Arts and cultural funding isn’t the best, but there has to be a way to realise this project. I truly believe in it, because I believe in Brum!! There is always a way!
Partnerships are key to this…. Integral. And they are starting to emerge….
Without giving too much away, what I can tell you is that for-Wards is going to partner up with the lovely guys over at Sound Kitchen to capture all 40 field recordings of the 40 x Brum wards…. what we do with them will be announced shortly…
